1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lunara Systems (“the Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Subscription Structure

Lunara Systems operates on a subscription basis. Plans are available on a monthly or annual schedule and include access to the features and tools outlined on the respective plan pages. All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user.

3. No Contract Requirement

There is no long-term contract associated with your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by submitting a written request to our support team.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including partial periods of unused service. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5. Usage-Based Fees

Plans include a monthly allocation of usage for SMS, email, and voice. Any usage beyond the included limits may be subject to additional charges at the rates published on our pricing page. AI-powered features (excluding AI Employee) are included with the Orbit Plan; AI Employee access is available as an optional add-on and subject to additional fees.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: unsolicited marketing, spam, harassment, or violation of third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

7. A2P 10DLC Compliance

For clients using SMS capabilities, compliance with A2P 10DLC regulations is required. This includes:

Only messaging users who have explicitly opted in

Providing accurate sender identification

Including opt-out language (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”)
Failure to comply may result in account restrictions or suspension.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any portion of the Service at our sole discretion. Updated terms will be published with an effective date.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lunara Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
